Catholic icon of Saint Olaf of Norway on thick plywood 20mm, which does not sting and keeps its shape over time. Preparation with acrylic stucco and have been used acrylic colors. It has been covered with varnish to keep the colors undiluted in time and humidity. Hanging clip included on the back of the icon. 

St Olaf King of Norway was born in 995 A.D. and ruled Norway from 1015 to 1028, when he was exiled. He died two years later on the field of battle at Stiklestad, killed for his support of the Christian faith and his attempt to unite Norway into one nation. His feast day is July 29 and is the national holiday of the Faroe Islands. He is the patron saint of carvers and difficult marriages.
