Are your religious icons 100% handpainted and available in stock or pre-order?
My religious icons are 100% handpainted. I written the icons on high quality wood panels and use acrylic colors. The icons then are layered with a varnish to keep the colors vivid and protected from humidity.

Please note that all my icons are completely handmade and handpainted so colors and small details may vary slightly.

My icons are not available in stock but only after pre-order.
How long does it take to finish an icon?
For smaller and medium size icons I need approximately 20-25 days to finish an icon.
For larger size icons (40x50cm. or 40x60cm) I need 30-35 days to finish. 

If there is a limited time line - example gift for baptism, birthday or wedding on a certain date - it could finish at your desired time line.

Do you accept custom and personalized order icons?
Yes, I accept custom or personalized order icons for any Saint you want.

Here are some ideas for custom orders: 

Order an icon of a rare Saint whose icons are hard to find.
Get a copy of your favorite icon from your church. 
Order a custom family icon that depicts patrons of several family members.
Cite your favorite inspirational quote from the Bible or a prayer on the back of the icon.
Choose colors of the background of the icon and the halo of the Saint.

My order is a gift...do you include price information on your packing slip?
Don't worry, I never include the price on any of the packages that I ship out.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order with your tracking number through the ''Track Order'' at my shop.

🚚 DELIVERY
What are you shipping details?
I ship all my products from Greece.

All my products are FREE SHIPPING (local and international).

I ship my orders with ELTA (Hellenic Post office) and always with the tracking number.

Shipping speed for registered mails for Australia, Canada, United States 2-6 weeks and for Europe 1-4 weeks. 
Shipping speed for parcels Australia, Canada, United States 4-6 weeks and for Europe 2-4 weeks.

Some mails or parcels could be delivered with delay due weather conditions, custom clearance process, COVID-19, etc.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. I can't keep track of these , and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. 
🔙 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Because all items are made upon ordering and made for a certain customer I don't accept returns or exchanges and don't give refund. 
All purchases are final.
