St. Musa lived in the 5th century and was distinguished for her pure life. Virgin Mary appeared to Musa in a dream, surrounded by girls dressed in white. She asked her, ''Do you wish to live together with these maidens in my court?''. ''Yes, I do,'' the girl replied. ''Do not do anything silly, as little girls often do. Avoid frivolity and joking. In 30 days I shall come for you and you will be with us.” From that moment, St. Musa began to pray earnestly and lived a strict life. On the 25 day Musa developed a fever and on the 30 day she saw Virgin Mary coming to her with the same girls. Musa reposed with the words, ''I am coming, I am coming to you, my Lady!''. Her feast day is on May 16.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
My handpainted icons are made from natural materials that constantly interact with their environment. These above materials are sensitive to extreme light, heat and humidity.
Handling the icons should also be done cautiously; oils from our hands can stain their shiny surface. Dust can softly be removed with a pure white cloth.
Following the above simple instructions will guarantee that your icon will age gracefully through time and will be enjoyed by the generations to come.
