Orthodox icon of Saint Paul the Physician of Corinth on thick plywood 20mm, which does not sting and keeps its shape over time. Preparation with acrylic stucco and have been used acrylic colors. St. Paul was born in Corinth in the 7th century. While still young, he withdrew to a monastery and became an experienced ascetic. God granted great healing powers to Paul so that when he placed his hand on the sick, they became whole. For this reason he became known as ''the Physician''. St. Paul reposed peacefully at the age of 70 and his feast day is on June 28.
