Orthodox icon of Prophet David on thick plywood 20mm, which does not sting and keeps its shape over time. Preparation with acrylic stucco and have been used acrylic colors. It has been covered with varnish to keep the colors undiluted in time and humidity. Hanging clip included on the back of the icon.
The prophet David was born in Bethlehem and was the eighth son of Jesse. Prophet Samuel transmitted the institution of the Kingdom from Saul to David, in Bethlehem, where he became secret king of the Jews. He was so brave he managed to kill the terrible giant Goliath. He was a super strategist, a great governor and a great poet.
