Orthodox icon of Saint Stephen the King of Serbia on thick plywood 20mm, which does not sting and keeps its shape over time. Preparation with acrylic stucco and have been used acrylic colors. St. Stephen was the son of prince Saint Lazar of Serbia. In the terrible times of the Turkish Yoke Saint Stephen became the great benefactor of his enslaved countrymen. He built up the city, constructed churches and expended his treasury on the help of the needy. Saint Stephen exceeded many rulers in his wisdom, his charity and his faith. He died peacefully in the year 1427. His feast day is on July 19.
