Orthodox icon of Saint Hercules the Martyr on thick plywood 20mm, which does not sting and keeps its shape over time. Preparation with acrylic stucco and have been used acrylic colors. St. Hercules martyred in the year 250 AD. in Carthage of Africa with 39 other Christians. The saint was arrested during the reign of Emperor Decius, he suffered horrible tortures and was martyred by beheading. The Orthodox Christian Church commemorates him on April 10 of each year.
