Orthodox icon of Saint Eutychia the Confessor on thick plywood 20mm, which does not sting and keeps its shape over time. Preparation with acrylic stucco and have been used acrylic colors. It has been covered with varnish to keep the colors undiluted in time and humidity. Hanging clip included on the back of the icon.
St. Eutychia lived during the reign of Emperor Diocletian. She was arrested, in 304 AD, in Thessaloniki and confessed her Christian faith in front of the governor Doulkitius and the prefect Kassandros. Because of her young age, she was not sentenced to death, but confinement in prison. Her feast day is on April 16.
