Orthodox icon of Saint Ioannis the Cave-Dweller on thick plywood 20mm, which does not sting and keeps its shape over time. Preparation with acrylic stucco and have been used acrylic colors. It has been covered with varnish to keep the colors undiluted in time and humidity. Hanging clip included on the back of the icon. 

St. Ioannis came from Palestine to Cyprus and was settled at the Roman settlement known as Pampoula. He passed through the village of Sia, dug a cave in which he lived, and so was known as St. Ioannis the Cave-Dweller. His feast day is on September 26.
