We would like to inform you about an ongoing shipping suspension affecting orders from Greece to the USA via our national postal service (ELTA).

What is happening?

Due to new, strict customs regulations implemented by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regarding the prepayment of duties and digital data transmission, the Hellenic Post (ELTA) has temporarily suspended all shipments of goods to the USA.

When will shipping resume?

The U.S. authorities have set a transitional period that expires on February 28, 2026. We expect further official updates and a potential resumption of standard postal services once the new systems are fully operational, likely after this date.

What are your current options?

If you wish to place an order before March 2026:

Pre-ordering: You may place your order now, and we will hold it for dispatch as soon as the standard postal service resumes.
